Late last year, after facilitating two workshops on writing liturgies for people living cross-culturally with overwhelmingly positive feedback, I had the idea:

Over the last four years of writing and publishing prayers and words at Liturgies for a Life Abroad, through many of your comments and messages, I became acutely aware of how desperately the community of global sojourners needs words to process our lives between worlds. As I found the practice of liturgy-writing to be so healing and helpful on a personal level, I thought perhaps this process could be of help to you, too.

This book was birthed out of a desire to provide those living cross-culturally with a practical tool to process their experiences and emotions with Jesus as their friend and guide.
